Catherine Place subdivision was established in 1993 and is located on the southside of Conway. The neighborhood has over 250 homes with close proximity to biking/walking trails, schools, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Nutters Chapel Plaza is within walking distance of the subdivision and features many local businesses.

Board Nominations

The Catherine Place Homeowners Association is looking for new board members to serve during 2026-2027. Ballots will go out soon. Votes will be due by our annual meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at the pavilion at 6:00pm.

Please note that you must meet the following requirements to be eligible to serve:

We are now accepting online payments for dues! Any dues paid online will have an online processing fee applied. This is based on a percentage and transaction fee we are charged by PayPal. If you are current on dues, the fee is $5.00.
